Due to Versatile's proprietary wicking technology, the 4195 Epoxy develops an incredible bond strength to concrete, even under cool and damp conditions. It eliminates the need for a separate primer, allowing the installer to broadcast media directly into the first coat. The 4195 Epoxy may also be used as a standalone sealer over concrete.

Floors can be walked on in 6 hours and driven on in 72 hours. The 5020 Polyaspartic provides a beautiful high-gloss finish, making it great for residential, commercial, and industrial concrete floors.

The 5020 Extended Pot Life Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat is a two-component, high-build polyaspartic with over 80% solids. Its extended pot life offers a longer working time in humid environments, allowing moisture to evaporate fully during curing. For the best results, apply the coating when humidity is low and during the coolest part of the day to prevent condensation and achieve a clearer finish.
